Event Cancellation Policy:

At Silver Lining Soap, we get it – life can throw you for a loop when you least expect it! We understand life happens and sometimes, you might need to cancel your event. We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We want to make sure you have a great experience with us, but in the event of a last-minute cancellation that can't be rescheduled, we'll have to hold onto your deposit. It's not because we want to be the soap villains, but because other people might be eagerly waiting to take that very same time slot. We hope you understand booking slots are an important part of our business.

Parties of 5 or more guests require confirmation prior to the event date.
We will reach out via email or by phone one week before the event date to contact you about the services you have selected. We will discuss details for your event and confirm your date. In the event you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can contact other interested guests on the wait list.

Non-Compete Environment:

At Silver Lining Soap, we're committed to fostering a fair and balanced atmosphere for all businesses within our premises. This means that each business operating within our building, including us, operates under a non-compete clause. This clause ensures that businesses cannot offer services that directly compete with one another. We believe in creating a unique and diverse experience for all our customers.

Unique Services and Products: 

We take pride in providing you with distinctive and exceptional products and services. Every business within our building is dedicated to offering something distinct from the others. This variety enhances your experience and helps us maintain a vibrant environment for everyone.

Independent Businesses:

Please note that Silver Lining Soap, LLC is not associated with Luxe Salon, Happy Little Stars, or any other businesses within the building unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. Each business is separate and responsible for its own offerings, operations, and actions.

We want your experience with us to be enjoyable and safe. As such, all businesses within our building, including Silver Lining Soap, are required to operate in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
